  • How can I register?
    To register easily, click on the Login > sign up WEFT buttons in the top right corner of the page. Enter an active email address, create a password, and confirm the activation email sent to you.
  • What should I pay attention to during registration?
    Make sure your email address is correct. It's important to add an actively used email address since we send order and shipping notifications via email.
  • Can I shop without registering?
    No, unfortunately, shopping without registering is not possible. To place an order, you need to create an account. After adding the products to your cart, you can proceed to register during the checkout process.
  • How to complete an order?
    To initiate your shopping experience, add the desired designs to your cart at www.weft.com.tr.
  • How can I add my delivery and billing addresses?
    Enter your delivery address on the payment page and choose one of the available shipping options. If you want to use the same address for billing, check the option "Use my delivery information as my billing information." Note: The price tag of the product is not included inside the package. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order via email.
  • Which payment methods can I use?
    You can choose CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD as payment options. After filling in your necessary information, click on the payment button to complete your order by checking the "I have read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement, and I approve the terms" section. Note: Cash on delivery is not available as a payment option.
  • Can I add gift wrapping to my order during checkout?
    Unfortunately, we do not have the option for gift wrapping.
  • Can I make installment payments?
    Currently, we are unable to provide installment services, as we are working to improve our services.
  • What should I pay attention to when paying by debit card or credit card?
    Ensure that the 3D secure code sent by the bank is entered accurately and in a timely manner for secure payment. If the password transmission fails, it could be an issue with your bank. Contact your bank for assistance. If no password is entered, the payment system will temporarily suspend the transaction, then cancel it, and the products will return to the cart. No charges will be incurred in this case. If the received password is entered but the payment is not confirmed, check your card's available limit, ensure that your card is enabled for online transactions, and verify that your card information is complete before attempting again. Note: After completing the order - which rarely happens - if there is a stock issue with the purchased product during the preparation stage, we will contact you to discuss options such as selecting a different product or processing a refund for that item.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
    You can check the status of your order on the "My Orders" page in your profile after logging in, on the Order Status page (https://www.weft.com.tr/account/my-orders), or in the emails we send. Unless there is an issue with the courier, your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days. In some areas, deliveries may be scheduled for specific days of the week. For more information, you can contact the courier company.
  • What to do if I'm having trouble logging in?
    If you are unable to check your order by logging into your account, first check whether your account is activated. If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking the "Forgot Password" button, and then log in with the password sent to you via email. If you want to change your password or email address, you can go to Account Preferences and update both.
  • Can I make changes or cancel my order?
    If you wish to make changes to your order or your delivery details before your order is shipped, or if you want to cancel your purchase, you can send an email to info@weft.com.tr. Include your order number in the email, and we will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
  • To return/exchange a product, what should I do?
    If you wish to initiate a return/exchange request, you can log into your account, go to the "My Orders" page, and click on the "View order" > "Return/Exchange" buttons for the order you want to process. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on the return/exchange form attached to the outer pocket of the shipping package. If you placed an order without logging in, you can access the same page by clicking on the return/exchange tracking link (https://www.weft.com.tr/siparisim).
  • Under what conditions can I exchange a product?
    Just in the event of an error or manufacturing defect, you can also request an exchange.
  • Exchange Process Duration:
    The exchange process begins when we receive your package. Upon receiving exchange requests, we start processing the procedure. A confirmation email containing new shipping details is sent at the latest by the following day.
  • How long will my return process take?
    The process begins when we receive your package. The amount will be automatically transferred to the card used. Once the transaction is complete, a confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will be processed to the account used for the transaction within 1-7 business days.
  • If I want to return a discounted item, what should I do?
    We occasionally run promotions. If a discounted item is returned and the promotion conditions are still met, the return or exchange will be processed without canceling the promotion. However, if the returned and exchanged items no longer meet the promotion conditions, the promotion will be canceled, and a charge will be applied for the returned item, taking the promotion cancellation into account. An updated invoice for the remaining items will be sent via email.
